Stretching and crimping

Mechanical stretching and creating voluminous curls.

Cutting

Cutting continuous filament to specified length.

Finishing operations

Final drying and pressing into bales.

Technological lubricant

Filament treatment composition.

Applied after spinneret formation, it provides an antistatic effect and filament stability in subsequent operations.

Glycerin

Softening the structure, sliding the filament on the line.

Antistatic agent

Neutralization of electrical charge during the drawing process.

Peregal

Stabilization of filament treatment before crimping.
